What is in-between B2B and B2c? that's right, franchisee's!

Role

I was a Jr. Account Executive tasked with wrangling our internal creative teams during campaigns and managing client expectations.

background

Little Caesar's, like any other business, wants to grow. But what other way can you grow besides sales? For Little Caesar's, that meant an aggressive franchising push over the course of a few years.

The ask

Little Caesar's came to my agency so we could help them target three different targets for their franchising division through a digital campaign.

strategy

We came up with the three target markets for Little Caesar's to focus on, and created messages to pertain to each of them. We then figured out the best way to advertise to these potential franchisees through social, Google, eblasts, and trade publications.

deliverables

We provided Little Caesar's with a year-long campaign using the channels above, and produced the assets below:

What I learned

1. I learned that just because a campaign can have everything and the kitchen sink included, doesn't mean it should. It is better to have a clear vision of what you want to accomplish so you can actually achieve it, rather than trying to accomplish too much and falling short of your goal.

2. Your own creative team can cause difficulties in regards to ways of working, but so can other in-house creative teams, so you just have to buckle up and communicate clearly so no one will be confused.
